Abekom is born in 2010 thanks to the partnership of four pharmacists sharing the passion for science. We focus most of our forces on the research of innovative nutraceuticals formulations.
For years we cooperated with different Italian Universities for the development of techniques and productive processes in support of sectors concerning the health and the wellness.
Today we have an agreement with the University of Turin, Unit of Vegetal Physiology Department of Life Science and Systems Biology - Innovation Centre, which creates state of the art, highly concentrated, extracts.
We avail ourselves of a team composed by researchers responsible of a careful selection of raw materials (controlled origin and quality) and an accurate monitoring of the production process, basic conditions to guarantee the product quality.
The production process is defined by a special attention to the technological innovation in compliance with current regulations. A fundamental step of the production line is the quality control of the pilot batches (Note for guidance on stability testing: stability testing of new drugs substances and products, 2003, CPMP/ICH2736799), developed with the University of Turin.
The production on a large scale is in agreement with GMP standards (Good Manufacturing Pratice) and it considers a continuous analytic, microbiological and qualitative monitoring.
