Honey, Propolis (Propolis) resin e.g. tit. 3% in flavonoids, Althea root (Althea officinalis L.) e.f., Malpighia (Malpighia punicifolia L.) fruit e.f. tit. 0,3% in C Vitamin, Astragalus (Astragalus Membranaceus Bung.) root e.f. tit. 70% in polysaccharides, Boswellia (Boswellia serrata Roxb.) resin e.f. tit. 65% in boswellic acids.

ALTHEA (Althea officinalis L.) e.f.

calming and anti-inflammatory activity of the first respiratory tract and cough suppressant thanks to the high content of mucilage that, in contact with the inflamed mucosa, carries out a emollient and protective activity. The mucilage has the peculiar characteristic of layering the mucosa by making a protective film against foreign bodies of phlogistic nature.

MALPIGHIA (Malpighia punicifolia L.)

Rich source of the natural C Vitamin, fundamental molecule useful to improve the immune system functions.

PROPOLIS (Propolis) e.g.

Pure resin produced by bees as a protective material against different types of attacks. The propolis action is similar to the broad-spectrum antibiotic, thanks to its microbiological active substances: the main substance is the galangin. The propolis operates on many virus strains, as the cold and the flu, by inhibiting the grow and slowing down the multiplication.

BOSWELLIA (Boswellia serrata Roxb.)

The boswellic acids have powerful anti-inflammatory properties thanks to the ability to inhibit selectively the lipoxygenase enzyme, decreasing the inflammatory response.

ASTRAGALUS (Astragalus Membranaceus Bung.)

The astragalus has an immuno-stimulant activity and it is able to prevent cold diseases and to reduce the symptoms. Furthermore it has an adaptogenic activity useful during physical and mental tiredness.

HONEY

Studies proved the efficiency of the honey in the decrease of the gravity and frequency of the coughing caused by respiratory tract infections. Furthermore the honey is fundamental for its anti-ketonic activity.
