ESCHSCHOLZIA (Escholtzia californica Cham.) top e.f.

It operates in the central nervous system by inducing the sleep; its activity is bounded to the first hours of sleeping with an activity up to 6-7 hours, so it does not cause disorders during the awakening.

VALERIAN (Valeriana officinalis L.) root e.f.

It operates on the motor symptoms, cardiac pains of nervous origin, headache and as antispasmodic during gastric and cholic spasms; it is employed as a sedative of the central nervous system, during the insomnia caused by nervous and intellectual overload: it is especially useful in the sleep troubles and during gastrointestinal spasms of nervous origin.

MAYFLOWER (Passiflora incarnata L.) bloomed plant e.f.

It is recommended for its sedative action during light insomnia due to fatigue, stress, climateric, menopause.
